The Vincenzo’s Story

My pizza is rooted in the nostalgia of pizza culture itself, from the slice counters of New York to the wood-fired domes of Naples. After exploring legendary shops across Manhattan and Brooklyn and learning from their makers, I went to Naples to absorb the artisanal traditions and fresh ingredients of the birth place of pizza. I returned home inspired to build my own oven and invent my signature style of pizza.
